My Client for this project is a 45 year old woman that works from home as writer and publisher and she requested that she needs to build two residences: one independent and private small house for her mom, that has to be barrier-free and another single family residence for her and her son. Also, She asked that these 2 residences should reflect a warm, contemporary rustic and natural feeling. 

The main challenge for this project was to design the residences with 10 squared modular units. 9 modular units for her residence and 1 for her mom. I designed a residence that has approximately 3,200 sqft and it was designed to ensure privacy  and to reduce the impact on environmental resources, as well  to set a precedent of a symbiosis between humans and nature. Also, This residence concept has an innovative style that added on its construction the trendiest green methods and technology to support a daily eco-friendly lifestyle.​​
