The Paper Mill Playhouse renovation project will be made to honor its 80th anniversary. From a 49,000 sqft historic construction, in 1980 it suffered a major fire that burn it to the ground. The first renovation took around 2 years to complete with a newly built theater with accessible seating and better technology.

CIM (Cuidado Infantil Medico) is Pediatric Healthcare Center design for families with low income. Our main goal is to create an environment of equality and recreation to decrease fear and anxiety among our patients. CIM is located in Dominican Republic, Punta Cana.The location was picked in order to help those families who do not have the resources to bring their children to a Doctor, or have the way of transportation.

Residence
Montauk Green Residence is a residential project located in Montauk, NY. The Client is a 45 year old woman that works from home as writer and publisher. She requested that her residence must reflects warm, contemporary, rustic and natural feeling. The residence has approximately 3,200 sqft. and was designed to ensure privacy and reduce minimal impact on environmental resources, as well to set a precedent that acts as a perfect illustration on how the humanity can create an unusual symbiosis with the natural environment.
