Working on the Paper Mill Playhouse project was a unique experience for me as an Interior Designer, because it gave the opportunity to redesign an existing historical building, but also in this project I worked for the very first time in collaboration with graphic design students from Kean University to renovate the design concept of this important venue. 

The idea to create the new design concept for this theater  was to honor the celebration of its 80th year anniversary.The existing building includes 49,000 sq. ft. of historical construction with a  capacity of 1200 occupants that is causing major circulation problems on the lobby. This theater also doesn’t count with waiting or common areas for people to wait before the show and also another problem is that the plumbing fixtures are not enough for its capacity.
